1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Kenya and selected East African countries.
For deliveries outside Kenya, please contact our customer service for assistance.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Nairobi & Major Towns: 1 – 2 business days

  • Upcountry Locations: 2 – 4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3 – 5 business days

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Methods

We use trusted courier partners including G4S, Fargo Courier, and local rider services (boda) for fast and secure delivery.

  • Doorstep delivery is available in major towns.

  • Pickup at designated courier offices is available for rural and remote areas.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Within Nairobi: From KSh 200

  • Other Towns: From KSh 300, depending on your location

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders above KSh 5,000

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

6. Delivery Delays
